5 steps, and you decide at every one.
An auction expert and a specialist legal team on every deal.
A judicial auction is a public sale of property run by a court's execution department, usually to recover a mortgage-backed debt. It goes to the highest bidder once the procedure is complete. Prices can be below market, with risks that must be checked before bidding.
Bank auctions are mortgaged properties a bank asks to sell to recover a loan, and they are usually sold through the execution department within the same Ministry of Justice auctions. The difference is where the debt comes from, not how the bidding works, and we represent you in both.
Because a property everyone can see attracts more bidders. We send it privately to our clients on WhatsApp with a check summary.
No. You're welcome to attend the session with us, or we represent you under a special power of attorney and keep you updated live on your phone.
Between 5% and 10% depending on the case type and property price, fixed in the contract before bidding. It is only due if the auction is awarded to you.
You pay us no commission, and any deposit paid to the court to take part is returned by the court directly to your bank account within two weeks.
No. The price is paid to the court in cash only, so the funds must be ready before you bid.
Through a special power of attorney issued at the Jordanian embassy or consulate where you live, or online through the Sanad app. It authorises our legal team only to represent you at the auction and complete every step until the property is registered in your name and the keys are handed to you, nothing else.
The balance must be paid within 10 days at most from the date of the award.
Send us the auction number or link, and we'll check it before you commit any money.
