What we do

We represent the buyer at Ministry of Justice auctions, from the first search to the title deed:

1. We track upcoming property auctions at the execution departments and send you matching ones on WhatsApp.
2. We check each property legally: the title deed, encumbrances, occupancy and any resale restriction.
3. We calculate your full amount before the session: maximum bid, deposit, fees and commission.
4. We represent you at the auction session and bid up to your written maximum only, never above it.
5. We follow the payment and the registration in your name through to the end.

Why "Basha"?

Because anyone bidding against us knows they're facing the strongest bidder in the room. We take part in 90% of the top Ministry of Justice auctions and win 95% of them for our clients.

Founder

Eng. Zeyad Al-Asaad, a civil engineer with more than 10 years in the real estate sector, specialising in judicial property auctions in Jordan.

Legal team

We work with a team of top lawyers who specialise exclusively in auctions. They check every property before bidding and follow the procedure through to registration.

How we're paid

A commission of 5–10% depending on the case type and the property price, only if you win. If you don't win, you pay us nothing, and the court refunds your deposit to your bank account within two weeks.
